- 🍾 What’s happening on Friday evening?
For those of you who are able to make it, we’ll be having drinks and light bites on Friday from 6:30pm at La Fiasca, 38 via Gugliermo Oberdan, Forlí
There will be prosecco and sharing boards provided but if you wish to have something more substantial the venue has a kitchen.

We are fortunate to have a lovely home together that’s already well set up for everything that traditionally goes on a wedding registry. Instead, a contribution to our honeymoon in Sicily would be a very welcome gift to help us kick start married life with some magical memories. We'll be dressed in our finest and we'd love to see you wearing whatever makes you feel great too. Elegant but colourful is the general vibe we're going for as lovers of bold tones and modern style with a vintage twist. If that sentence was a bit ‘too fashion’, we won't judge… you do you!

Travel and accommodation
- 🚌 What are the details for the bus transport on the day?
We will be running a bus service to and from the venue from Forlì city centre. The pick-up and drop-off point will be at Piazzale della Vittoria in front of the Icarus statue.
The bus will leave Forlì at 3:30pm and the returns are scheduled at midnight and 1:15am.
- ✈️ What is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ). There are shuttles and buses from the airport to Bologna Centrale train station.
- 🚂 What is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station is Forlì. This is reachable directly from Bologna Centrale train station and takes approximately 1 hour.
Olivia's tip for the Brits: Trainline also works in Italy and you can book your tickets via the app. Tickets also cost the same price on the day from the ticket machines at the station.

We recommend staying in Forlì city centre. This is easy to get to from Bologna airport by train and you will be close to amenities. We will also run transport to and from the venue on the day of the wedding from there (precise location TBD, but likely very close to Piazzale della Vittoria).

If you will have a car…You might like to stay in the countryside or small towns around the area where there are some nicer places to stay, including more AirBnB options.
